This funding brings Energetic’s total capital to over $4M. Energetic Insurance, a Boston-based Managing General Underwriter (MGU), addresses a critical barrier in commercial solar by offering insurance that covers default risks for businesses without public credit ratings, enabling easier access to long-term power purchase agreements.
