Jeff has an extensive background in clean energy projects and technology including applied R&D, software product management, strategic partnerships and startup accelerator programs. He holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and a master’s degree from the Technology and Policy Program at MIT. 

James has over 17 years of experience working at or co-founding companies that targeted niche opportunities or expanded business opportunities in the U.S. and abroad. He brings a variety of experiences from across many industries, including international trade, state government grant management, and law. 

Amy has honed her legal expertise through 15 years of industry experience at law firms and in-house. She holds a BA in Political Science and Law from American University, and a JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. 

Vincent is an Associate Director of Underwriting Operations with six years of experience at Energetic Capital. Vincent specializes in crafting innovative solutions by addressing risk voids highlighted by industry stakeholders. Before joining Energetic Capital, Vincent worked alongside reinsurers on early-stage insurtech ventures and has prior experience in investment banking.

Nathan is a seasoned financial services professional focused on mobilizing capital through creative risk transfer solutions, having held positions across the insurance value chain. Nathan holds a dual degree in International Relations & African Studies from Trinity College and is based in New York City.

Heath is a seasoned financial professional with an extensive background in credit underwriting and research within the insurance industry. He earned both his undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Heath holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of CFA Society Boston.

Ezra has expertise in energy industry analytics, data science, software engineering and information technology. He received a bachelor's degree in physics, focused on gravity, spacetime, and general relativity from Carleton College and a Master's degree in civil and environmental engineering from Stanford University. He unifies renewable energy, insurance, risk analytics, and software engineering using python and R.

Steve has extensive experience providing professional services for renewable energy tax credit transactions. Prior to joining Energetic Steve was a principal at Novogradac, where he was a technical editor of the Novogradac Renewable Energy Tax Credit Handbook and contributor to the Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits. He received degrees in accounting and finance from California State University, Chico, and is licensed in California as a CPA.

With a strong background in statistical analysis and computing, Steve focuses on delivering deep-dive analysis and forecasts of the energy markets as well as maintaining the internal applications and codebase.

Peter is an experienced professional in commercial banking and insurance, with a strong background in credit underwriting and risk management. He earned a bachelor's degree with a double major in Business Administration and Economics from Saint Michael's College in Vermont. 

Sarah brings a diverse background to her role at Energetic Capital, with experience spanning B2B marketing for a SaaS startup, research and analytics for a nonprofit, and mergers and acquisitions in the telecommunications infrastructure sector. She earned her Bachelor's of Economics from the University of Michigan.
